But we can’t. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all!

The Personal Care digital course helps you think about what might be ill-fitting for your self-care and what might be missing. We all have unique care need.

The Personal Care Blueprints course walks you through a thought-provoking process to consider your unique Personal Care needs

You may:

  • Sporadically do things for your self-care that achieve some degree of goodness for you, but they aren’t cohesive
  • Grapple with nagging thoughts about self-care that you think should do but keep kicking the bucket down the road
  • Feel overwhelmed by a mountain of self-care activities and can’t fathom where you’ll find time or bandwidth for it all
  • Show up for many others in your life– your friends, family, co-workers, kids…and leave the scraps and crumbs of tlc for yourself.

You could continue on like this for some time because, well, it’s gotten you where you are now… 

And maybe where you are is OK! If, on the other hand, you’re struggling with burnout or preventable body-mind imbalances, this 4-week course offers a structured approach to exploring fresh perspectives and creating a Personal Care Blueprint that promotes long-term sustainability in self-care.

I developed this course for people who want to move away from these scenarios:

  • You feel that your self-care isn’t quite where you want it to be, even though you have some Personal Care practices in good shape.
  • You often catch colds or experience flare-ups of chronic physical discomforts because you’re not getting enough rest, which puts a strain on your immune system.
  • You find yourself forgetting to do or bring things, like paying a bill before there’s a late fee, or packing the cream that helps your skin condition.
  • You experience a lack of unscheduled time and feel constantly overwhelmed or TIGGHT!

Price & What’s Included:

In this beta phase, the cost is $40. But it will increase to $110 once the beta phase is complete. 

4-Weeks. 6 modules. Designed with adult learning principles.

For each module, you’ll receive:

1. One-to-three videos between 5 & 20 minutes long.

The visuals and audio materials provide an engaging way to explore the concepts, using analogies and metaphors to support your learning experience.

2. A five-to-ten-minute podcast/audio with an option to read the transcript instead of listening.

These use a short discussion to reinforce the module’s material and help you deepen the learning

3. One action step (homework) to bring your Personal Care Blueprint to life.

By applying and personalizing what you learn in bite-sized increments, you’ll better master the material to create your blueprint.

4. A downloadable PDF workbook & reference guide.

This will assist kinesthetic learners or anyone who benefits from written material to organize their learning or who likes to follow along with printed material.

FAQ’s & Good-to-Knows!

What are the videos like?

They begin with my talking for a minute about something to help you connect to the content, and then jump right into the material with visuals to enhance your comprehension. They have captions and are 5 to 20 minutes in length.

What are the podcasts/audios like?

These are more personal than the videos, in that I’ll be talking directly to you, offering further food for thought about how the module applies to your unique life and encouraging you to make the action step resonate with your needs.

Will I have access to you or a community when I enroll in this course?

The course platform has a place to post comments if you choose to do so. There, you can share wins and challenges, and see what others in the course are saying. I’ll visit the chat once a week, during the week.

I prefer privavcy for working on this course. Will I have to share with others?

Nope! This course can be taken as a solo adventure. The option to post (or read) comments from others is totally up to you.

Are there refunds if I don’t like the course or decide it’s not my cup of tea?

No, sorry- no refunds. It’s my hope that this webpage gives enough info so you can get a sense if it’s your cup of tea. Feel free to message me with any additional questions before you opt in.

I’m watching every dollar these days, and I’m thinking this would be a nice-to-have but not necessary purchase. Do you have any thoughts about this for people who are minding their budgets?

Absolutely. I understand that, and I take your investment seriously. I created this course for people to be able to access some degree of support and guidance that’s a lower cost than my other offerings, and included tiered pricing when you register with a buddy or a group to help bring the cost down.

How long will I have access to the course?

You’re paying for access for the lifetime-of-the-course itself. I plan to have it up for several years, and you’ll be able to see any updates or improvements. I would message people 6 months to a year in advance if I am taking the course down so you can save anything you want to keep.

Will you be discussing herbs or herbal remedies in this course?

No. This course is about creating your own framework that grounds you in what your self-care needs are and makes it easier for you to update your Personal Care activities as life evolves.

This course looks intriguing, but I’ve sought out similar things in the past and was disappointed or didn’t like how the person taught them. How do you teach?

Oh I’m sorry you’ve had negative experiences or perhaps felt like you wasted your resources! 

I’m teaching this course from a humble place as someone who could have used such guidance earlier in my life. Additionally, I have taught adults in different settings before becoming a therapist and herbalist, and I take the learning experience seriously. I don’t like when people: talk too long, or when the material lacks resonance with the intended audience. This is why my videos and podcast materials are all 20 minutes or less, and the content includes visuals, metaphors, and a personal touch to engage learners.

Can I do your course as a substitute for therapy or working with an herbalist?

No. But it can be something that enhances both of these! Many people tell me that things they began thinking about from my teaching supported their therapy process and I know these learnings will support people in making better use of herbalism and other consultation services, such as meeting with a nutritionist.

Can I talk with you about my Personal Care Blueprint after completing this course?

Yes. I offer 30-minute, post course consults as a separate service, for $125. After completing the course, I’ll send you resources, including this offer as an option.
